What this does: Upload a clinical document (assessment report, behavior plan, IEP, or any document listing goals and targets) and the AI will read it and extract the client's goals, sub-goals, and targets automatically — saving you from re-typing everything manually.
Works best with: PDF exports from Central Reach, assessment summaries, IEP documents, or photos of printed reports.
Privacy note: The document content is sent to Anthropic's API for reading. Use documents with initials only where possible, consistent with how you use the rest of this tool.
⚠️ Always review before saving. The AI extraction is a starting point — you'll confirm or edit everything before it's added to the client profile.
